easy walks to the beach and incredible park views
staying here, I loved how it was less than a 5-minute walk to Claremont Wine Vaults for a cozy drink after exploring the nearby Crazy Hills Putting, which was such a fun spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

excellent sea view, ample storage space, clean towels
The facilities felt rather outdated!!! The room gave me a faulty towers vibe!!! Water temperature was unpredictable, and my shower experience was very disappointing!!! I’d recommend addressing these issues.

I had an absolute blast trying out some local eats just a stone's throw from New Birchfield! The Nook and Harbour delivered some knock-out dishes, making it a real treat. The staff's charm shone bright, especially during our late arrival, eager to make us feel at home. Plus, the prime location made strolling through Weston-super-Mare totally easy.
Now, onto the cheeky side. Our family room felt more like a closet than a cozy getaway. Noise from other guests had us wide awake at the crack of dawn, and the lack of dining facilities during our stay really put a dampener on our culinary adventures. A little disappointing, really.

I had an amazing time relaxing in the garden after a day of exploring, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding in the evening with a book. There’s also a lovely outdoor pool and a well-stocked library if you want to chill. The only thing is the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but that just encouraged us to put our phones away! 🌺

Couple looking for decent comfort
I really enjoyed the breakfast! hot plates and the food was just great! Another nice touch was the staff actually helping with swapping rooms effortlessly.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The location near the beach was excellent, providing easy access to the center and other amenities. Cleanliness stood out, as the rooms were well-maintained and the bedding was of good quality. the room was quite small with a cramped bathroom, and noise from nearby rooms made it hard to relax. parking was very limited, which could be frustrating for those traveling by car.

The sea view is a real highlight here. there's nothing like waking up to that! The meals were commendable, with breakfast providing a solid start to the day despite a few item shortages during peak hours.
Room size can be a bit cramped, which might not suit everyone. I found the shower screen to be leaky, turning the bathroom floor into a mini lagoon. they could definitely use better cleaning standards too. the dining area had a peculiar policy regarding assistance dogs that might leave some guests feeling excluded. Some amenities looked a bit tired, and the overall upkeep has seen better days given the prime location.

great value but lacking some comforts
The full breakfast included in the rate was a fantastic start to my day, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The complimentary parking was a huge plus, especially since it can be hard to find elsewhere. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room, which made for a lovely and relaxing atmosphere during my stay.
The room, while decent, didn't have the level of comfort I was hoping for.
